Procore Executive Track Experience - Not just your normal sort of race day!

November, 2024 - We were back working with Procore Technologies to help deliver an exclusive VIP track experience event.

Hosted at the world renowned Silverstone Circuit, with an special evening program at the nearby Horwood House .

Event Day:

We began at Horwood House, Buckinghamshire as our guest arrived for the day. We had teas and coffees ready as we worked on pre registration for a speedy check in on return from the track day. It was then onto transfers to Silverstone to begin the experience.

On arrival we came in on the perimeter road to get a full view across the circuit, before parking at the garages by the pit lane. Our guests were greeted by the event team and proceeded with the safety briefing. From here it was out into the garage and pitlane where we had fully branded race helmets and performance cars ready..with one extra surprise - The Stig!

Ben Collins (The original Stig for many years on TV's Top Gear) met with our group. Then proceeded to set a hot lap in the BMW car as a little taste of things to come. For the next couple of hours it was onto the track for a driving experience with the instructors in both a high performance BMW and a Ferrari.

It was then time for lunch where our special guest took time to sit with the group and have an informal Q&A session. It was then back out onto the track with a McLaren, in between which each member of the group had their own individual lap with Ben.

The latter part of the afternoon it was upstairs into the President's Suite for a 2 hour presentation workshop. Here our client was able to discuss and present key business updates with their clients directly. There was also some branded gifting for each guest on the table ready for them. It was then a transfer back to Horwood House where guests could check into their rooms and have a little downtown before the evening session.

Event Evening:

The evening began in the Library Bar and Manor Suite which we had hired exclusively for our client. Welcome drinks then followed an introduction to our evening guest speaker - Bernadette Collins (Formula One strategy analyst for Sky Sports and F1TV and former F1 strategy engineer for the Aston Martin F1 team)

Bernadette held an engaging fireside chat on her life career and insights into F1. After which it was a private 3 course meal and then networking drinks to close.
