When client hospitality needs to feel different

Interlink

‍London | Client Engagement | Wellness | September 2026

‍
Interlink wanted to bring a small group of clients together in London, but not around another dinner, drinks reception or traditional breakfast event.

‍

The brief was to create something more personal. A morning that gave people a chance to step away from the normal working day, reset and spend meaningful time together in a relaxed setting.

‍

So we built the experience around wellness. Not wellness as an add on. Wellness as the event itself.
‍

‍
‍

The idea

‍
We wanted the morning to feel considered without feeling over programmed.

‍
The experience needed enough structure to give guests something genuinely worthwhile, but enough space for conversation to happen naturally.

‍
That led us to a simple format: movement, meditation, good food and time together.

‍
The result was an intimate client wellness morning designed around one clear objective: create the right environment for better connection.

‍

‍
‍

Finding the right setting

‍
Venue choice was a big part of making that work.

‍
Rather than taking a conventional event space and trying to make it feel like a wellness venue, we chose The Sanctuary in London, where wellness was already part of the environment.

‍
Its dedicated Movement Studio and separate Soul space meant the morning could change naturally from the wellness session into breakfast and conversation.

‍
The space itself gave the event character too. Exposed textures, atmospheric lighting and a contemporary industrial feel made it much more memorable than a standard corporate breakfast room.

‍
The original venue concept also offered a specialist movement environment and a separate space for breakfast and socialising, helping the whole experience feel authentic rather than manufactured.

‍

‍
‍

The experience

‍
Guests arrived from 08:30 and were welcomed with wellness shots before moving into the main session.

‍
A 45 minute mat Pilates session was followed by meditation and sound, creating something that felt accessible rather than overly fitness led. The original client brief then moved into breakfast and relaxed client time.

‍
After the session, the pace changed.

‍
Guests moved into breakfast, where the emphasis was on fresh, wellness-led food and drink, with a menu direction including chia pots, avocado dishes, fruit, energy bites, cold-pressed juices, matcha and coffee.

‍

‍
There was no stage. No presentation. No packed agenda. Just a carefully considered environment where people could share an experience and then actually have time to talk.

‍

‍
‍

Making simple feel effortless

‍
The event itself was deliberately uncomplicated. Behind that simplicity was a lot of coordination.

‍

We Are MEaT managed the project across concept development, venue sourcing and booking, contract negotiation, guest journey, wellness coordination, food and beverage, supplier management, timings, logistics, budget and client liaison.

The focus throughout was on how everything worked together. The space, the session, the food and the pace all needed to feel like one experience rather than a collection of separate elements.

‍

‍
For 15 guests and a two and a half hour event, the details mattered.

‍

‍
‍

More than a wellness morning

‍
What interested us most about this project was what the format could become. Wellness does not have to mean a retreat, a spa day or a token yoga session bolted onto an event. It can be a genuinely useful way for brands to bring people together.

‍
For client engagement. For leadership groups. For teams. For brand experiences. For incentives. For conversations that benefit from a different environment.

‍
Interlink's event demonstrated that even a relatively short morning can feel distinctive when the experience has been designed around how you want people to feel and interact.

‍

‍
Less agenda. More connection.

‍

‍
‍

Thinking differently about wellness?

‍
From intimate client mornings to leadership experiences, team events and international activations, we design wellness led experiences around what you want people to take away from them.

‍
If you are looking for a more thoughtful way to bring clients, teams or partners together, we can help shape the format, find the right setting and deliver the experience from concept through to completion.
