June 2022: We were approached by tech recruitment specialists - Erevena to help plan their corporate off site, as part of their week long summer summit event.
Challenge:
It was the first time since the pandemic that the entire group had been together in person. We brought teams from US, Scandinavia, UK and mainland Europe together. Some of who had never event met each other before. The plan was to bring the group together into one venue for a day of bonding and team building, finished off with an inspiring celebrity guest dinner speaker.

Results:
We began the day with teas, coffees and pastries on the patio at Wotton House. Then separating into teams, we went to our first activity - The Crystal Challenge (Crystal Maze). A range of practical and physical challenges that culminated in the top 4 teams entering the Crystal Dome to obtain those all important tokens. It's fair to say it got really competitive and the winning team celebrated in some style!
We then took our group into the beautiful walled gardens at the venue for a BBQ lunch and then group company photos by our professional photographer.
After lunch it was back into teams for a completely new activity - CSI challenge (The Killing). Delivered impeccably by Huxley Events who have 2 ex Met Police detectives instructing you through a murder case to solve that includes learning about crime scenes, fingerprint techniques and forensic studies.
Some free time and check in to rooms then lead to a welcome reception, before entering the stunning Old Library for a 3 course gala dinner with the inspirational Mark Beaumont (fastest person to cycle around the world) as our guest dinner speaker.
After dinner drinks and off to bed for an event well done and enjoyed by all.
