Designing and delivering a five-day leadership and company offsite that aligned teams, surfaced insights, and drove actionable outcomes.

When Upliift partnered with us, they weren’t just looking for event support—they needed a strategic partner to shape an experience that would align leadership, engage their wider organisation, and deliver real business value.
Across five carefully structured days, we planned and managed a multi-layered programme that brought together leadership teams, employees, and portfolio leaders in a way that felt seamless, purposeful, and impactful.
The Challenge
Upliift was navigating growth across multiple business units, bringing increased complexity and a need for clearer alignment.
Their objectives for the offsite were to:

Our Approach
As an event planning partner, we worked closely with Upliift from concept through to delivery—going beyond logistics to shape the experience itself.

The Programme
Day 1 – Leadership Alignment

Day 2 – Leadership & All-Company Offsite
The second day expanded to include the full organisation.
A key highlight was the 2025 Review group activity, designed to:
- Reflect on performance and progress
- Encourage open, cross-team discussion
- Ground future planning in real insights
This created a shared understanding across the business and set the tone for collaboration.
Day 3 – Company-Wide Collaboration
We shifted into deeper, more focused collaboration through a structured session on:
- Business Unit Enablers & Obstacles
This enabled teams to:
- Identify what’s driving success
- Surface operational challenges
- Share perspectives across functions
- Extending the Experience Beyond the Room
On Wednesday afternoon, we transitioned the group into Venice for a more informal, yet intentional experience. A guided walking tour through the city, followed by a gondola experience, gave participants the opportunity to connect outside the structured setting.
These moments were designed to:
- Strengthen relationships across teams
- Encourage more open, organic conversations
- Reinforce the collaborative energy built during the day
By integrating experience into the programme, we ensured the event felt both productive and memorable—supporting stronger connections that carried back into the working sessions.
Days 4–5 – Portfolio Leaders’ Summit
The final phase focused on portfolio leaders, ensuring the week’s insights translated into action.
Sessions were designed to:
