ROI x Atlassian Copenhagen: An Intimate Client Experience at Nimb

Creating a high-impact evening of content, connection and hospitality

When ROI and Atlassian brought their clients and prospective clients together in Copenhagen, the brief was clear: create an intimate, premium event environment that would support meaningful discussion, showcase the client platform, and give attendees a memorable evening of hospitality and connection.

Hosted in the stunning Rotunda Room at Nimb, one of Copenhagen’s most distinctive event spaces, the evening brought together around 30 guests for a carefully curated programme combining content sessions, live demonstration, premium food and beverage, and valuable networking.

The Brief

ROI and Atlassian wanted to deliver an elevated client-facing experience that felt both polished and personal. The event needed to provide space for meaningful conversations, demonstrate the value of the platform in a live setting, and create an atmosphere where existing and potential clients could connect naturally with the team.

With a guest list of approximately 30 people, the priority was not scale, but quality. Every detail needed to feel considered, from the guest arrival experience through to the flow of the evening, the food and beverage, the room setup, and the on-site management.

Our Role

We supported the event from planning through to live delivery, sourcing and managing the key elements required to bring the experience together.

Our involvement included venue coordination, event planning, supplier liaison, guest experience considerations, food and beverage management, and full on-site support. By managing both the pre-event logistics and the live execution, we ensured the ROI and Atlassian teams could focus fully on their guests, their content, and the business conversations taking place in the room.

The Experience

The event ran from 5pm to 9pm, beginning with a warm welcome reception that gave guests the opportunity to arrive, settle in, and connect informally.

The evening then moved into a series of content-led discussions, designed to engage attendees around the client platform, its capabilities, and the value it can deliver. A live demo formed a central part of the programme, giving clients and prospective clients a direct look at the platform in action and opening the door to deeper, more practical conversations.

Set against the backdrop of Nimb’s beautiful Rotunda Room, the format balanced structure with informality. Premium food and beverage played an important role in the experience, supporting a relaxed but refined atmosphere and encouraging natural networking throughout the evening.

The Outcome

The event delivered exactly what it set out to achieve: a focused, high-quality client experience that combined useful content, live product engagement, and meaningful relationship-building.

Feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, with guests responding strongly to both the content and the overall event experience. The intimate format allowed for deeper discussion, better engagement, and a more personal connection between the ROI and Atlassian teams and their audience.

For the client, the evening offered a valuable opportunity to strengthen existing relationships, engage potential new clients, and bring their platform story to life in a premium setting.
