September 2021:  We were delighted to assist The Marketing Practice with their September company conference.

Challenge:

We were delighted to welcome onboard a new client in August - The Marketing Practice (TMP). On a very short lead time - 3 weeks we were asked to source a London venue with great meeting space opportunities, rooms for delegates, team building activity in addition to the meetings along with engaging activities and internal networking opportunities for 3 evenings.

Plan and objectives:

• 33 people
• 45 Delegate Rooms
• 3 days of meeting space with breakout rooms
• London, UK
• 2x Activity dining evenings
• 1x Private dining evening
• 1x Team building afternoon activity

Results:

Working with the amazing and newly open Pan Pacific London. We booked 3 days with fantastic meeting space facilities and incredible bedrooms for our delegates. Outside of the conference we bonded our group with a lovely private dining experience at The Humble Grape on the first evening.

After a busy day two of meetings we opted for a more relaxed evening by privatising Pitch in Broadgate. A lovely virtual golf venue that is set up like a private members club.

For the final full day we broke off in the afternoon for a CSI team building activity. this saw our group attempt to solve an actual murder case and learning all about forensics, fingerprints and DNA. Later that evening we brought the party by private hire of the Penthouse at All Star Lanes in Brick Lane.
