July 2022: We were approached by marketing specialists - Kingpin Communications to help plan a very special annual corporate off site.
Challenge:
Bringing both the US and UK teams from Kingpin Communications together, celebrating 25 years as a company and their rebranding with The Marketing Practice.
Including team building activities which brought all together as well as smaller bonding groups. A cruise on the stunning loch in Scotland, an informal business discussion group,some well deserved downtime and maybe the odd little after party...with a 2 night stay.

Results:
After organising an airport overnight for the US team. We flew the group up to Glasgow where we then collected them and transferred to Cameron House, Loch Lomond.
We started with a relaxed group lunch outside before moving into a focus group centred around Kingpin rebranding as TMP and what the business objectives were for the next 12 months. In the evening we brought the party with a private room with outside terrace area, full bar and DJ to celebrate 2 members of the team's birthdays.
Day 2 saw a leisurely breakfast then down to the marina for a 2 hour private cruise of the stunning Loch. On return it was a BBQ lunch followed by a number of small break off group activities such as golf, kayaking, paddle boarding, clay shooting or some relaxed time at the spa. The evening we brought them all back together for welcome drinks followed by a piper leading them into a private dining room for a 3 course Scottish themed meal. This was then followed by DJ and drinks to celebrate 25 years as a company.
On the final day we began after breakfast with some more small group activities, lunch and then transfers back to the airport for flights home.
