June 2024: We were back working again with tech recruitment specialists - Erevena. This time to help across their annual "Summit" week, by planning their corporate off site day.
Challenge:
We were asked to source and plan a corporate off site as part of the Erevena Summer Summit Week. We needed to find a venue within around an hours travel from Central London. It had to have rooms for an overnight stay and be able to incorporate a morning conference, lunch, afternoon team building and a BBQ evening reception.

Results:
We began the day with teas, coffees and pastries on the terrace space outside of the Park & Ascot Suite at the Berystede Hotel and Spa in Ascot. Then it was through into the event suite for a conference session, outlining key business achievements and future goals for the company and teams in both the UK and US.
It was then onto a buffet lunch before we headed back to the suite, which was now set up for the afternoon team activity. We chose Q'ubed by GOTO Events which proved to not only be a successful and fun afternoon. But also brought out some very big competitive spirit!
From here after the competitive juices cooled, we began check in and some free time. It was then out to the beautiful lawn space at the venue for an evening reception in the summer sun, complete with drinks, music and BBQ.
