March 2024: We were delighted to assist Tysers with a 2 day off site conference. We had just over a 3 month lead time and sourced a venue that could support them both in event and logistically - within an hour outside of London with good transport links.
Challenge:
We were able to partner with them in venue finding, contracting and price negotiation, event planning to ensure they had everything they needed to conduct a full offsite conference, organising site visits for their team and on hand to assist and support with event management and registration across the event.

Results:
Working with Handpicked Hotels, we based our delegates at Nutfield Priory in Surrey. An ideal location that fitted the brief logistically as well as being able to fulfil the event objectives and needs.
Across the two days we managed check in and registration with the client team, provided full conference needs, reception and dining as well as an overnight stay. Members of their client broking team enjoyed a fantastic two days of strategic planning, networking and, of course, a considerable amount of fun. Exchanging ideas about how Tysers can provide an even better service for their clients in an increasingly complex global landscape.
