June 2022: We were delighted to assist The Marketing Practice with their June conference. Meeting space taken care of at their lovely new central London office, however we were on hand to assist and support with logistics needed outside of the meetings space.
Challenge:
Supporting the client with hotel rooms across a whole week for delegates arriving from various locations including US on a variety of days across the conference. To assist with networking and bonding outside of the conference to include private dining and a private tasting session.

Results:
Working with the Edwardian group, we based our delegates in the Edwardian Mercer near to Covent Garden. Not only was this an ideal London location but it was within easy walking distance to the London office where the meetings were taking place across the week.
We then placed the group for a lovely evening at The Ivy Garden in Covent Garden for a private dinner that incorporated networking, with some of the delegates from different locations and divisions with the company. It allowed members from other teams to meet and get to know other team members and divisions with the group.
The next night we took them on a Gin Safari care of Mr Fogg's Gin Emporium. A private area where our group got to enjoy some of the finest gin's and accompanied with some great food. Two very different evenings that achieved different objectives, but built on company culture and brought people together.
