Global Media Agency - Kingpin Communications have assigned our Travel team to plan and organise their annual European Off Site Conference.
Working closely with the Senior Management Team we are planning for 20 employees to fly out to the sunny Algarve region for 3 days of work and reward.
The trip is planned for July and will undertake full planning of flights, accommodation, transfers, dinner reservations, conference facilities and an amazing boat excursion, that will take in the sunset and includes a private bbq on a secluded beach cove.
We are delighted to be working with them and have managed to produce an itinerary that fits the work and reward ethos and that comes in on budget.
