December 2022: So we ended an amazing 2022 with this "cracker" of an event! were approached by tech recruitment specialists - Erevena to help plan their corporate end of year group event.
Challenge:
We wanted to bring a different experience to the usual end of year / Christmas party event. Working closely with the team at Kimpton Fitzroy London we planned our event across three phases and locations within the hotel. Each bringing a different element and experience to the evening. Our plan was to showcase all of the stunning features within the hotel. From the Palm Court reception, gala dinner ballroom, through to an exclusive after party with live entertainment to finish. Our guests not only had a luxurious evening, but left with a memorable experience.
*Note - This could have been a completely different event experience. With the World Cup playing in the lead up to this event. It was a possibility that England could have been playing in the semi-finals that evening. We had to ensure we had a plan b in place for the evening to fall back on.

Results:
We began early evening with a drinks reception in the stunning Palm Court area of the Kimpton Fitzroy. The hotel looked especially stunning in December and added a real luxury feel to the event.
After the reception we moved into the ballroom for a 3 course seated meal along with some speeches and presentations from the senior team at Erevena.
Then finally it was time to party as we took our group into the fantastic Fitz Bar which we had hired exclusively here for the event. The group danced the night away with cocktails to an amazing live band before carriages into the early hours of the morning.
